This modern house 360m2 ( built in 2014) is divided into 2 parts.
One is the main villa: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is WiFi. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided around the 10 x 5 meter
Swimming pool.
The main villa has a 80m2 living with modern furniture, fireplace and flatscreen satelitte TV. Each room has airconditioning. The large Italian Boffi kitchen is fitted with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, plate warmer and quooker. The dining area consists of a large table with 8 chairs. There is also a guest bathroom and a utility room / laundry. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Large doors give aaccess to a 45m2 terrace with comfortable sunbeds. From here yuo have complete privacy and a view of the entire bay. The second bedroom has a double bed, a desk and bathroom with a double shower, toilet and bidet. There is also a walk- in closet.
The Guesthouse
On the groundfloor: a dining/ living room with Italian Boffi kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a dining table with 6 chairs, a sofa, 2 armchairs and a satellite TV . On the ground floor you will also find the 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both with own bathroom. Each room has airconditioning. There is WiFi. Downstairs is a large playroom with shower, toilet and a laundry.
In the 10.000m2 garden you will find the swimming pool ( 10 x 5 ) with sunbeds and parasols. In the garden there are many wild flowers,vines, fruit and olive trees. Around the villa there are several terraces, which give you the opportunity to enjoy sun and shade. Dine at the large table while enjoying the breathtaking view of the garden and entire bay.
